Why I post my life on Social Sites

There are people who think that it’s crazy to tweet where you’re going, and where you’re at. My mom and her husband are some examples of people who think that way. I post everything from Ping.fm and so it goes to Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Tumblr, and ultimately ends up posted on friendfeed. I have my reasons for doing this.

One I don’t want anyone every accusing me of doing something, or being somewhere that I’m not. Another is I like friends and family to have an idea of where I am so if something happens and lets say someone gets worried because I’m not picking up my phone. They can check my status and see if I’m ok or if I went somewhere. For me it’s safety, and being cautious. Basically I’d rather be stalked, than be without a witness.
