Word of the Day: To, Too

To is a preposition, and can be used to point out a specific person, place, or thing. You would use to in sentences such as, “Please take me ‘to’ the doctor.” or “I want ‘to’ go to Chad’s.”  There is a difference believe it or not between to and too. Since we’re on To I guess we’ll add the other Too to this word of the day.

Too is expected to used with much more emphasis, you would use too in sentences such as “There are ‘too’ many people in this room.” or “This is ‘too’ hard.”

So there you have the two words, and of course two which is the number 2.
