Word of the Day: Land

Land is a noun, and has about 12 definitions for that use. The one that I am going with is the number one definition of Land. “Any area of the earth not covered by water.” So that would be the continents and islands, you could count the ice sheets I guess. We live on land of course, unless you live on a boat. Which in that case I envy you.

The land is full of rich soil.
