A Book on Your Screen

Not long ago I showed off the Kindle application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Which allows you read books you purchased from Amazon’s Kindle Store on your iPhone and iPod Touch. Well here we have the Kindle for PC application, which is just like it’s mobile counterpart. You can read books on your computer, and all you’re bookmarks will be synced as well.

I’m not sure if I will be using this as often as I use the one on my iPod Touch, but I will give it a try. If you don’t have an iPod, or iPhone, and a Kindle is too much for you, then give the Kindle for PC application a try. Books for the Kindle are cheaper than paperback, of course maybe the Kindle isn’t on you’re list. Maybe you’re waiting for the Nook?
