How to disable UAC in Windows Vista

Ok this is highly not recommended, but I know people that find UAC annoying, and just want to turn it off. I should turn it off since I'm a Power User, but I like to keep it on. So first your going to want to go to the control panel, then go to User Accounts and Family Safety, ok now go to User Accounts, and the last option says Turn User Account Control on or off, click it and you'll get the UAC message, click continue and there's the option to turn UAC on or off.
